After school fun!
Campfire USA has been a part of the lives of many Immaculate Conception & Our Lady of Perpetual Help School students for over a decade. There are approximately 40 students from our school who are campfire members in 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th grade.

Campfire USA promotes building confident youth by teaching leadership skills, good decision-making skills, environmental stewardship, community service and much more.

Students meet throughout the year to do activities, plan outdoor adventures and plan and help with community projects.

Some of the projects the Campfire USA members have been a part of over the years include:

• Learning about and donating items to Ronald McDonald House
• Making valentines for veterans
• Donating to local food banks
• Donating items and time to the Interfaith Homeless Shelter around the holidays
• Planting new trees along the river
• Participating in local parades
