ON YOUR MARK…GET SET...GO!!!!!!!!!

Each May, our students participate in Intra-Catholic School Track Meets for ”friendly” competition against their neighboring schools: St. Mary Magdalen, St. Thomas Moore, and Holy Rosary.

The track meets are a guaranteed good time that students look forward to each year. During these fun filled outings, students have the opportunity to demonstrate their athletic skills, sportsmanship, and school spirit by participating in a variety of events.

• Primary grades (1-3) meet on the St. Mary Magdalen School grounds.  Events include the 50 and 75-yard dashes, the beanbag relay, running relay, jump rope relay, and sack race.

• Upper grades (4-8) meet at Everett Memorial Stadium for a full day of track and field events that include dashes, long distance races, and relays as well as the long jump, turbo jav, and medicine ball! 

The track meets are very well attended by family and friends and volunteer opportunities are available. Bring your best sideline chairs, water bottles and (hopefully) sunscreen for what has become one of our favorite events of the year.
