Giving at ICOLPH
The Fund-A-Need appeal at the “Rock Around the Clock” 2012 auction provided more than $12,000 to fund outdoor learning in our Annex Courtyard. Our 8th Grade class made a wonderful gift to the school upon graduation, to install a fountain in the courtyard as well. And, our intrepid Kindergarten held a walk-a-thon to raise funds to plant a mature flowering tree!

A Catholic elementary school provides an excellent education not only through its teachers, curriculum and high standards, but through the resources of its extended community. For generations, the children of our parishes, as well as our surrounding parishes, have come together with dedicated parents, teachers, administrators, pastors, and parishioners, to excel both in and out of the classroom. An ICOLPH education is a memorable, faith-based experience that will stay with our students for their lifetime.
We invite your support in our shared mission! We hope that you will consider a donation to ICOLPH School. Whether you purchase Scrip, give to the Annual Fund Drive or contribute at work through your employer, your gifts are key to our continued success.
Please join us in thanking our many supporters! Our current Annual Report is here.
Make a gift online by filling out a secure online form with your gift designation and billing information. Click here to donate online.
Or, download and print a pledge form and return to the school with your check or credit card information.
Double the impact of your donation! Your donation may qualify for a matching gift through your employer. If you're not sure about your company's policy, please inquire with your human resources department.
Many employers can facilitate an automatic payroll deduction for charitable giving. You can designate ICOLPH School to receive your United Way donation! Or, if you are a Washington state employee, you can contribute through the Combined Fund Drive with a payroll deduction (we appear as Immaculate Conception School #1480858).
Scholarship Funds subsidize tuition for families who would not otherwise be able to afford a Catholic education. Scholarship requests are at a record high, and it is our goal to meet all qualified requests with some level of assistance. As we challenge our students to go forth as Christian leaders to respond to the needs of our larger community, our scholarship donors light the way as shining examples.
Your gifts to the Annual Fund Drive allow us to continue to update our curriculum and instructional materials while keeping tuition rates affordable. No gift is too small! A $20 contribution can help replenish basic art supplies while a larger gift of $200 would underwrite book fees for a student receiving financial assistance. From textbooks to technology, the school's mission of providing academic excellence is bolstered by these vital gifts.
Goal 2012:13: $60,000 and 100% participation.
The SCRIP program is an easy way to donate to ICOLPH School while doing your regular shopping. Proceeds from SCRIP correlate closely with the school's textbook budget –an area where ongoing investment is required.
SCRIP gift cards can be used for everything from specialty gifts to groceries, from gas to lattes, from office supplies to clothing. Hundreds of locally owned and national branded businesses are members of the program, with major grocery chains such as Albertsons, Haggen, QFC, Safeway, and Fred Meyer, and specialty stores and restaurants such as Starbucks, iTunes, Gap, J. Matheson's Gifts, Kitchens and Gourmet, Anthony's Homeport and Alfy's Pizza - just to name a few.
To purchase SCRIP, parents either send a completed order form to school with their child or place an order online through shopwithscrip.com. Parishioners can request that orders go to the Parish Office for pickup. Orders will be filled Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
You can also support ICOLPH School year-round automatically by using eSCRIP! Enroll your store loyalty cards and designate ICOLPH School. Every purchase helps!
