Speech Team

The speech team is open to students in grades 5th through 8th, and competes in tournaments with other schools in the Puget Sound region. Speech team coaches are parents and community members who help students practice oral passages, read storybooks, or write and deliver their own informational and/or persuasive speeches. Competitions are held at Bishop Blanchet, Eastside Catholic, and Seattle Prep. Scholarships are awarded to the top tournament performers.
