I believe that students have different learning styles. I try to make my classroom one in which students are active learners, decision makers, and problem solvers.

I prefer taking the role of 'coach', giving my students more responsibility for their learning. We incorporate many projects and cooperative learning activities into our curriculum to accommodate a variety of learning styles.
